Project Scope: Create Tray to enable running a quality check on a structural casting with an X-Ray​

Design & Fabrication: Designed a tray that constrains movement of RH & LH castings and holds part in required orientation. Labeled tray after operator feedback. I fabricated this using a water jet, horizontal band saw, and manual lathe.​

Result: In the case current X-Ray in non-operational, Casting production will not be impeded.
