Quality Verification Camera Stands

Project Scope: Install and protect camera which inspects the presence of the spacnuts installed on extrusions.​

Design & Fabrication: Designed adjustable stand which held the cameras at the correct orientation and guarded them from potential impact by operator or automated system. I fabricated this with a waterjet, horizontal bandsaw, hydraulic press, and MIG welder.​

Result: Protected cameras ensure the correct type and quantity of fasteners are installed.
